This is basically Mode's idea now released as an official cfg. (All credit to the Confogl team for making the pill/item densities tweakable and making confogl itself) From what we've seen when running it on my server, most people really liked the config. Hopefully this can become the standard for confogl, with further testing of course. The only glitch I've seen so far is the Tank hud showing the tank as dead as long as his hp is above 6000.

I like it too, it doesn't even feel any different. The extra health for the tank is a plus.

imo It only makes sense to increase the hp of tanks in this game with the increased dps of weapons in this game when compared to l4d1. I'll try this out.

This really is a big step forward imo, really makes the game more difficult and fun. While still keeping the same "feel" as confogl/rotoblin. Download it, put it on your servers, and play it.
