Mid to Mid/high player looking for a clan. I just bought L4D2 for PC, but I played L4D and L4D2 a lot on 360. I have experience with confogl and I loved it. My strengths as a player are probably my ability to stick to a role (DCen2 out of the saferoom, I am assigned to watch roof, friend watches left for boomer/smoker, another friend watches pillar for boomer, etc etc... We never deviate), I don't mind taking orders as long as they make sense, I have decent aim, very good reaction time, and very good map awareness.

I don't really rage during games, but I definitely don't enjoy losing. That's probably why I am on this site looking for better players than myself. I can play pretty much any day of the week, usually at night. Feel free to add me on PC.

Also, here's a video I just finished roughly two weeks ago so you can kind of see how I play. It's not fantastic, but it gives you an idea of my skills. I look forward to playing with you guys!

If you watch the video, the double headshot through the wall at 3:10 was my friend Stefen, not myself. I just thought it was cool so I put it in. Not taking credit for his work, haha. He'd probably play with us too, he's also a very good player.

Even if you don't have a clan, just message me and if you're a good player I will add you without hesitation. I am always looking for great players for versus. I typically play realism versus, so mics are pretty much necessary. :/

I'm sorry, but a video of pub footage doesn't prove you as a mid/high player...

I play with friends and they're very organized like myself. I guess what I feel makes me a good player isn't just the skills I outlined above, but also my knowledge of things in the game that most people (outside of competitive play) know. Things like assigning mousewheel to shoot, because dual pistols outdamage an uzi if fired at the fastest rate possible. Or that Chrome Shotgun has more concentrated horizontal spread, but identical vertical spread, making it more ideal for taking out SI.

Also, I'm very good friends with Dx.Omerta and he has taught me a lot from his L4D1 days. Things like good pounce spots, whom should initiate battles, and what a good team weapon layout will look like on each level.

I'm not claiming to be elite, but I am definitely an above average player.

If you want to get into the competitive scene, I'd highly suggest going to a C4F meeting, where you can meet other players, learn new playstyles and the latest strategies, plus play in a competitive environment on the newest Confogl.

WE REFUSE THE RIGHT TO COMMUNICATE WITH AREA 51 ASIANS TY!
Jokes aside, community 4 fame would be a good starting place.

C4F as mentioned above is held every Thursday. Just look out for the sign-up sheet thread every week.
Aside from that just try to make some friends in the community.
You can type pages and pages about yourself, but when push comes to shove you just have to get games in to let people see what you're made of.
Best of luck to you!

Erza: I have three friends, but none of them are very good. I'm surprised at how welcoming the community is to new players. I play a lot of competitive DotA and HoN and the community is VERY elitist. I will ask if they'd like to join on Thurs.

Sygnus: I added you

Dawkins: I work 10AM-4PM on Thurs. I found the mumble server and joined the group. Roughly what time does everything start?

8:30 EST Thursday unless Dawkins is late. But please post in the topic in advance so dawkins can make the teams not stacked against you or someone else on accident.
