To help counter all of the teamless people currently looking, CyberGamer and Community 4 Fame have decided to team up! This Thursday (July 15th) at 8PM CST, we will be holding a special meeting. If you are unable to make this meeting, we still may be able to accommodate you. Please get in contact with Jay, Leo or myself and we will set something up.

DISCLAIMER: If you will be participating in this, understand that your team won't be AMAZING off the bat. It will take work with your team and the mentor to become better. Make sure you are willing to put in the work to become better as a team. Each person there is going to put in the work it takes to become better, so you should too.

Goals of the Meeting
- Create new teams out of all the teamless people who are willing to participate
- Overall strengthen the community through creating more teams and increasing people's skill

The Process
- We are going to gather every person interested in this into the CyberGamer mumble (info in this thread)
- We will then split people up into groups that will become their teams (based on how often you can play and your skill level)
- We are going to try and make sure that the teams are some what balanced with each other
- A mentor will be assigned to your team and will stick with you for about a month
- It is his/her job to either scrim with you or watch you scrim a couple of times a week to help you get better by giving you pointers.


WE WILL BE NEEDING SOME MENTORS TO VOLUNTEER TO HELP US WITH THIS PROJECT! If you are interested please get in contact with me, Leo or Jay.

Are the teams going to all be the same skill level or are they going to split up with Beginners, Intermediates, Advanced?

Another (better) question: Are the players going to have some semblance of control over their teammates?

It has not been fully discussed. We are going to group people on how often they can play. Depending on how many people we get out of that we might use skill level as the 2nd form of sifting the players

But we really need people to find out about this an participate! So spread the word if you can!
