As a free agent, you are allowed to create one thread only, but you can bump your own thread as you see fit (keeping in mind desperation is a big detterrent and if you need to bump thread so often that maybe there is a reason you are clanless).

Keep in mind that anyone using this forum is still bound by normal forum rules and guidelines. If your thread does not meet the rules set, it will be removed. This includes using the threads for spam or unconstructive generic comments such as 'gl'. If you don't have anything to contribute, don't post.

Looking For Members
Recruiting not requiting. Looking not locking - check your spelling!

A good start is to make the header with either LFC or LFM and the game [COD4 (or MW), MW2 etc...].

Example:

[LFC][MW] HawX or [LFC][MW2] HawX
[LFM][MW] Team AlphaΩ etc...

For those looking for a clan, use the following format:
Quote:
Username / previous Username but people may be familliar with your previous usernames or at least want to know why you changed.
Age Unfortunately it does matter.
Location important if you're considering a LAN team and time difference.
Previous teams and experience Gives a little information of what level of skill you are at.
Aims Set realistic goals. If you're not at an invite level don't lie.
Weaknesses Be honest - perhaps say areas in which you could improve (e.g. banter). No one likes an egotistical tool - admitting you may weaknesses is a bit strength.
Strengths Be honest - only state game related strengths - don't mention what you can bench press etc.
Avaliability Some teams need larger availability than others.
Weapon Scope? AK?
Contact MSN, Xfire, PM etc
What you are seeking for? Semi serious clan no ragers? (be descriptive so you'll find the right clan for you)

For those looking for more members, use the following format:
Quote:
Leader(s) Who's in charge?
Lineup what you currently have.
Multigaming? Website? Websites help.
Location important if you're considering a LAN team and time difference.
What you are looking for? CGi? CGm? LAN? Casual. (again, be as descriptive as possible to attract the right members for your clan)
What can we expect from you?
Required avaliability? When do you need?
Contact How to contact all leaders. Vent?
Awards, Achievements and sponsorships? Most clans won't have any, but list 'em if you got 'em.
