[General] Q: Does CyberGamer have a Ventrilo Server?

We have two 200 slot Ventrilo Servers at: vent.cybergamer.com.au port: 22540 and vent.cybergamer.com.au port: 20710. The first vent server is for PC only, the second server is XBOX360 and PC.

[General] Q: How do I set my STEAM ID or GUID?

When you play your first match or PUG in a CyberGamer server, your STEAM ID/GUID will automatically be collected and synced with your CyberGamer Account on the website. The following games are supported: Call of Duty 2, Call of duty 4, Call of Duty 5, Counter-Strike Source, Team Fortress 2, Soldier of Fortune 2 and Left 4 Dead (1&2).

If you really need to have your GUID/STEAM ID changed, open a support ticket and an admin can change it for you. We prefer this does not happen often as there is no way to verify that the GUID/STEAM ID you are providing is actually yours, whilst the automatic syncing cannot be faked.

[General] Q: Where can I find game ladders ?

Depending on what Platform & Ladder you are after, simply click on "Games" in the top navigation bar and choose the ladder/game you would like to view.

[General] Q: How do I find my Message inbox ?

Your inbox where all PM's are sent and recieved can be found here

[General] Q: I've found a site problem, who should I contact about it ?

If you have found a site problem, please go here and submit a Ticket with as much information as you can, perhaps take a Screenshot of the problem thus making it easier for us to find and fix.

[General] Q: Where can I find my teams Private Forums ?

The Taskbar at the bottom of you page has a section called "Personal Links", in there you will find direct links to your Private Forums, among other important sections in regards to you and your team.

[General] Q: Where can I find new information that has been posted ?

On the homepage located here, you will see a section called "Latest Activity". There you can view all recent News/Threads/Posts/Subscribed Threads/Files & Demos. You can now filter out any information that you don't want showing by clicking on the "Filter" button at the bottom of that box.

[General] Q: Where are the chat room's that the old Cybergamer had ?

They are all now located in one easy to find location. Simply click on "Live Chat" in your taskbar to open up the chat rooms. There you will see all room's and how many user's are in those rooms.

[General] Q: I can't find PUG's, where are they now ?

PUG Bots are now located in your taskbar also, click on "PUGBOTS" in the taskbar to view all active PUGS. You can also start a new PUG simply by clicking on "Create a New PUG"

[General] Q: What is the "Wrench/Spanner" image that I see above some area's on here ?

The "Wrench/Spanner" is the moderation tool, it can be used for many different reasons. On ladders when you are in a challenge you will find things by using this tool such as "Entering Scores".

[General] Q: How do I Enter Results from my match ?

Once on your match details page, simply click on the "Wrench/Spanner" and then Submit Scores

[General] Q: Want to suggest a new competitive game ladder ?

Go here, once there please provide as much information you can and we will look into setting up a ladder for that competitive game.

[XBOX360] Q: What information do I need once I have signed up on Cybergamer under the Xbox360 Area ?

If you are looking to play on the competitive ladders, you will need to add your XBL Gamertag to your profile. This can be done via simply clicking on your name in the top right hand corner next to Logout. Once there go down to "Game Information" and click on the pencil to add your Gamertag.

[XBOX360] Q: How do I change my Gamertag ?

You can change your gamertag every 30 days on your profile. Simply go down to "Game Information" and click on the Pencil.

If you cannot change it please submit a Support Ticket with a link to your profile and the Gamertag you wish to have.
